A 31-year-old man has died in a crash in a small South West town.
Police say the man was driving a Toyota Landcruiser around 10pm on Wednesday when it left the road and collided with a tree at the intersection of Queen Elizabeth Avenue and Don Road in Chapman Hill.
The driver died at the scene.
