Dakota Casey was last seen at 10.40pm on Wednesday night at a home on Paparone Road in Baldivis.
She is described as 156cm tall with fair skin, brown eyes, a medium build and blonde hair cut in a bob.
Dakota was last seen wearing a green jacket and black leggings.
Anyone with information about Dakota's whereabouts urged to call police immediately on 131 444.
