A 3.5m shark has been spotted off Dawesville Foreshore Reserve.
The shark, reported to be a great white, was sighted by a member of the public around 9am on Tuesday.
It was about 2km offshore.
It is the second shark sighting in the area in two days after another 3.5m shark was sighted off Avalon Beach in Falcon on Monday morning.
Surfers and swimmers are advised to be extra vigilant when in the water.
