Kwinana Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 49-year-old man.
Jay Smith was last seen leaving an address in Orelia on Thursday, May 22.
Concerns are held for his welfare.
Mr Smith is described as about 179cm tall, of slim build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Mr Smith is asked to contact police immediately on 131 444.
