Police are searching for a man involved in an attempted abduction in Warnbro yesterday afternoon.
Police allege a 12-year-old girl was walking along the corner of Axminster Street and Exeter Street around 2.40pm on Monday when a man approached her on foot and grabbed her shirt.
After a brief struggle the girl managed to run away.
The man did not pursue the girl and is believed to have returned to his silver or grey coloured sedan before leaving the area.
Anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage of the area between 2pm and 3.30pm is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1300 333 000.
