Mandurah's Bar Therapy has been damaged by fire.
The blaze was first reported about 5.20am on Tuesday at the heritage building on Mandurah Terrace.
A Department of Fire and Emergency Services spokesperson said the fire was brought until control within 25 minutes and fully extinguished by 6.20am.
It is understood the building has sustained significant damage.
The cause is not yet known.
