Major Crash investigators are investigating a fatal traffic crash in Miamoon.
The crash occurred yesterday afternoon.
Around 1pm, a white cab-over Kenworth truck towing two-semi trailers was travelling east on Gunyidi-Wubin Road.
It left the carriageway near Pearse Road and collided with a tree.
The 50-year-old male driver from Ellenbrook received life threatening injuries and died at the scene.
Police are seeking any witness who may have seen the crash or the truck in the area prior to the crash.
