Detectives have charged a 28-year-old man with murder as a result of their investigation into the death of Dinh Lam Nguyen.
The charge follows the discovery of the 51-year-old's remains, which were located partially submerged in a wheelie bin in Glen Brook Dam on Monday afternoon.

The 28-year-old Mahogany Creek man is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today.
Authorities continue to appeal for anyone who saw the wheelie bin in the dam, or who may have seen any suspicious activity in the Park Road, Hovea area to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
