A winning Lotto ticket worth $30 million has been sold in the metropolitan area, Lotterywest has revealed.
It was the only division one winner across the country in Thursday's Powerball jackpot and WA's biggest Lotto prize since April 2023.
The ticket was a single-entry ticket and is registered to a Lotterywest membership.
"WA is having a fantastic flurry of Division One winners over the past month and we are now celebrating our first Powerball Division One win of 2024,” Lotterywest spokesperson Sarah Dawson said.
“Tonight’s win places our Division One winner’s tally for the year to 52, with WA players sharing more than $100 million in Division One prizes.”
Due to the large prize amount, Lotterywest won't reveal the exact location of where the ticket was sold.
