A fourth member of the Rebels bikie gang has been charged over an alleged shooting in Baldivis.
The 42-year-old is accused of attending a house on Amazon Drive around 3.05pm on October 5 with the "intention of inflicting violence against a rival member of the Mongols OMCG".
It is believed the target was Mongols member Adam Wragg, who was captured on CCTV running across the street and jumping over a neighbours fence to avoid being shot.
An Ellenbrook man is the fourth person to be charged over the alleged shooting.
He is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
Three other patched Rebels members, Jacob Hughes, Joshua Hadomi Da Cruz Joaquim and Domenico Macri, all face charges in relation to the alleged shooting.
